What is offered with online tutoring?
Simply put, online tutoring is academic support for students that does not occur in the same room. This can happen in a number of ways, including setting up and coaching through online educational tools, live support through collaborative tools, and video lessons and support materials.
To begin the online tutoring process I will meet live with the student and parent to discuss goals, set up an appropriate program, demonstrate use of the relevant technologies and communication procedures. Going forward I will monitor student progress, be available at designated times to answer questions live online, and respond to inquiries through custom videos.
